The safety of your fireplace is of the utmost importance. Decoflame has therefore developed user-friendly methods to make refilling bioethanol safe. Refilling is done with an external pump that is connected to the fireplace. Temperature sensors prevent refilling if the fireplace is still too hot. Thanks to the direct connection to the fireplace, no bioethanol is spilled. It is also not possible to overfill the fireplace. Connecting and removing the pump is easy and intuitive, so you can fully concentrate on enjoying the flames.

In addition to the classic control panel on the device and the remote control, the Denver F6 burner offers even more control options. This means that you can conveniently switch the fireplace on and off using the app. You can also adjust the flame height as you wish using the app. The app also shows how much bioethanol is left in the tank at all times. Furthermore, a timer can be set to ensure that the fireplace switches off automatically at a specific time.

Fireplaces with the Denver F6 burner can also be integrated into your home's smart home system. This allows you to control your fireplace like any other device in your home.

Anyone who chooses a fireplace with the Denver F6 burner has the option of connecting it to an external tank. The fireplace is then automatically filled from the tank. This ensures uninterrupted operation. Since refilling is no longer necessary, operating the fireplace is easy and saves time. This is particularly practical when several people are operating the fireplace.

Bioethanol fireplaces can be operated without a fireplace connection*. This has the great advantage that freestanding models in particular can be set up without any further measures. If necessary, these can even be relocated at a later date.

Even built-in, wall-hung or ceiling-hung models can be installed individually with little effort. There are no limits to your creativity. If you are planning a special project, it is best to opt for a burner without a casing. These can be installed individually, for example in furniture.

*In Switzerland, bioethanol fireplaces with a heat output of more than 2 kW must not be operated without a fireplace connection.

Bioethanol burns almost residue-free and leaves no ash or smoke. This not only protects the environment, but also makes cleaning and maintaining your fireplace considerably easier. Regular inspection by a specialist is not required.

We recommend using Decoflame fuel (96.5% - 97.5% alcohol) in your bioethanol fireplace. This fuel is made from 100% organic sugar beet grown in Europe. It is also produced in Europe to the highest safety standards and is ISO certified. The bioethanol burns odourless.

The entire combustion process is automated and controlled by a microprocessor. The cool fuel is stored in a hermetically sealed tank. After switching on, the appliance takes only a small, necessary amount of fuel from this tank and transports it to the vapour generator. There, a small amount of the biofuel is heated until it reaches a temperature at which it turns into vapour, which is distributed throughout the burner and then burns.

The fire has no direct contact with the liquid fuel. Thanks to the insulated fuel tank, cooling fans and combustion chamber, the temperature of the ethanol fuel is always low and safe.

A microprocessor communicates with a series of sensors inside the fireplace and controls its entire operation. The fireplace informs you of any activity with an acoustic signal and a message on the mobile app. Convenient remote control of the fireplace eliminates any risk of human error.

The bioethanol fireplaces have been developed based on a technology and structure that offers the highest level of safety for users. This means that every possibility of human error that could occur during the heating or refuelling process has been taken into account.

To ensure that the bioethanol fireplaces are safe under all conditions, the appliances are equipped with several safety sensors. In this way, possible malfunctions can be effectively detected. If a fault is detected, the sensors send a signal to the microprocessor to switch off the appliance. The user is also warned with an acoustic signal and information is sent to their mobile app.

Bioethanol is a clean, ecological and renewable fuel that is produced by rectification (also known as "countercurrent distillation"). Thanks to the BEV firing technology of the bioethanol fireplaces, the fire is generated by a special, patented process in which only the bioethanol vapour burns and not the bioethanol itself. The liquid and the fire do not come into direct contact. This type of combustion produces neither smoke nor ash and no harmful substances are emitted. The only two by-products are conventional CO₂ and water vapour, which is why occasional ventilation is recommended when operating in closed rooms.
